Directions:
Add cooked beef, bell peppers, onion, and potatoes to the crockpot.
In a bowl, mix soup, beef broth, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Pour over the mixture and stir gently.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and cook 15 minutes until melted.
